The story so far...

SEforALL established the Results-Based Financing (RBF) Leadership Group, comprising more than 20 members from funding agencies and RBF implementing organizations. This group facilitates stakeholder engagement, fosters knowledge exchange, and promotes the dissemination of best practices. Its goal is to identify solutions to common challenges, enhance coordination among RBF programmes, and advocate for increased commitments within the sector.

The RBF Leadership Group has led the development of an online RBF tracker that offers comprehensive information on active and completed RBF programmes in the energy sector. Users can utilize interactive features to filter data and generate RBF maps based on geographical locations.

The tracker also functions as a tool to facilitate decision-making for donors to strategically direct their funding more effectively. This initiative is being developed with the support of the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ)

Our progress on the net-zero transition across the developing world.
